The Leadership Game is one of the strongest assessment and evaluation tools teens can play.
Teens will learn leadership skills, communication, team work, building influence and much more through the teachings of the #1 America’s Leadership Guru, Dr. John C. Maxwell.
The Game is fun and engaging, yet it challenges the participants to have open discussions about leadership principles and values. It is designed to help youth uncover gaps and areas for improvement. It is an interactive and edifying way to assess and open communication, address difficult topics, create bonding in the team and identify strengths. Through thought provoking questions, individual reflection, and discussions, any group of youth will understand one another more deeply in order to perform more effectively. This tool will help lead youth to improve in their areas of weakness and enhance their strengths.
A report will be provided to indicate the areas of strength, weaknesses, next steps and suitable trainings to unlock the next level of growth.
